Felt Products bought in Mongolia – Wool is the raw material

This shop is the base of the Wool Processing and Marketing Project (WPMP) by the Norwegian Lutheran Mission (NLM), where Mongolians from disadvantaged backgrounds create jobs related to Mongolian traditions and animal husbandry.

The advantage of wool products is that they retain heat, absorb and release moisture, and are resistant to odors. Slippers and socks that took advantage of this were popular. This store’s products have a wider variety and cute designs than others.

When you actually wear it, it feels nice to the touch. The materials are well made and the price is a little high since it was made for the above project.

It’s a card holder, but it’s durable because it’s made of felt and makes it easy to put cards in.

Felt has scratchy bristles, so I think it gets scratched easily.

There is a gel drawing on the surface, but this is not embroidery but pencil.
